“COWBOY VALET”
The “Cowboy Valet” is done in the distinctive 1920’s style when a resurgence in interest in the “Old West” was in vogue with silver screen heroes like Tom Mix, Tim McCoy, Buck Jones, and Bob Steele riding into the sunset.
The Cowboy’s body is 1-1/2” thick and made from two overlapped layers of 3/4” pine. His arms are made of 3/4” thick pine. Then everything is given a highly distressed “Trail Worn” painted finish on all sides. There is a traditional cloth handkerchief tied around his neck, brass “Buttons” on his shirt, and brass conchos with leather fringe on his “Bat Wing” chaps. In his hand he holds an enameled metal mess plate that works great for holding keys, cell phones, etc. or the plate can be left off and he is able to hold a bridle, lariat, or halter. Each Cowboy is hand painted so there are small variations in the finish. The base is 1-1/2” thick by 14” by 14”. Shipped disassembled. Assembly requires reinstalling 2 screws in the base and 2 screws to mount the “Plate”.Assembled dimensions: Approx. 4’-1-1/2” high by 3” thick by 21” from plate to elbow.
